Referrals Introduction
A patient may be referred using our referral contact form
Dr Sharma will be happy to see patients for the following:
- Second opinions and treatment planning.
- Patients requiring dental implant treatment.
- Patients requiring complex crown and bridgework.
- Patients requiring full or partial dentures.
- Patients requiring cosmetic/aesthetic dentistry.
- Patients requiring complex multidisciplinary treatment.
- Patients with occlusal deficiencies and or disorders.
- Patients requiring treatment for tooth-wear.
- Partial/Full mouth reconstructions.
All cases are assessed in detail and written treatment plans presented to the patient before proceeding with treatment.
Dr Sharma is also happy to draw up proposed treatment plans for those dentists wishing to carry out the work themselves.
In certain cases (especially implant treatment) dentists can request Dr Sharma to treat their patient to a specific stage following which the dentist may prefer to complete the treatment themselves.
